-Today we had our last practical assessment which is considered to be the final exam on term 2. We played our own song composition with our respective musical instrument. We were given 5 minutes to prepare and i used that time to memorize my entire song so that i could get a better mark. I was actually able to play my song without any mistakes and also i was able to memorize which made me so happy and very satisfied with what i have done and prepared for this final assessment. However, I think for next time i should improve more on being more calm because that will not look good to the audience as well as creating an effect to how i play the song.

This is me practicing my song composition. This will be my last video practice before my practical assessment. At this point in time, I try to memorize my song already to prepare for my assessment. I still put the script, though just in case I forgot. However, i still make some mistakes because i was trying to memorize the song. So, i really need to practice harder in memorizing and playing it well before my exam so that I could get a better score.

This is my practice video. I was practicing my song composition. i think at this time I play it quite well already.i am also calm and the tempo is well. All i need to do is to practice it without the script and memorize it for next time.

-Today we observed our friends playing from the video that Mr Herry have recorded from last session. I think Adrian could improve by practicing more for the beginning part and I like his song. I think Imez did a very good job and I really love her song. Jennie has a simple song and it is also good and she also play good as well. Tiffany has a very good song however she maybe needs more practice. Reynaldi played violing and I think he need more prcatice however his song is good. Daniel played saxophone and his song was actually good but he maybe need more practice. Pandu played guitar and he played it really well and the song was really good. Gregorius played his song really good and the song was simple and good as well. Ardhito played guitar as well. His song was simple and he played it good as well without no mistakes. As for me, I think I was nervous that is why i played it very fast. I should be more calm for next time.

-Today for the first fifteen minutes we were told to practice again for our song in our respectives instrument class. Then we gathered again to have a rehearsal again but this time Mr Herry recorded us into videos while we were playing. I think at this time I was playing qutie well however I think the tempo is quite too fast this is maybe caused by my nervousness. So, i really should work on that part for the next practice. I should be more calm.

This is my practice video of me. I think by this time I was already quite fluent in playing my own song composition. I just made a slightly few mistakes on the left hand. I think what i need to do for the next video practice is to try to memorize my song because I think it will be better if i am able to memorize my song.

I really think that i definitely will need more practice on this song because I dont want to be bad at my practical assessment and i only have 1 week left. -Today we got the time to practice first for a while and then we listened again to our friends rehearsing. I think Adrian's song is really good and I also like the song and the way he play it is also already good but he can improve a little more. While annissa's song is very playful however i think she needs more practice. Jennie's song is also good and she play it very fluently. Imez's song is very good as well. Her song is like remembering good old times memories and she play it good as well. Tiffany's song is also good as well. It is very well-composed. As for me, I don't really like my song. I think it is way to simple compared to other friends. However, i feel that i play it quite fluent already. I think what I need to do for next meeting is try to memorize the song.

-Today for the first session Mr Herry allow us to use this time to practice on our own song in our respective instrument class. Mr Herry also gave us all the hardcopy booklet containing our instrument classmates' composition. During this time, Mr Herry help us and teach us about how to play our intro of our song then we just need to practice all again and I think I am already quite fluent and I am very happy. After that we all gathered again to hear and just listen to our friends playing their song with their instrument because the piano students have already played our song last meeting. So, for next meeting I just need to practice my song again and be more fluent from playing all from the intro until the end of the song.

This is the video of me practicing at home. I think this time I am quite better after the first practice. I think I have less problem on the left hand by this time. However, for me i think it is still not that fluent yet so I better need to try harder on my next practice.

-Today in our theory class we edit again our finale just in case we want to make some changes because Mr Herry said the finale and the final draft on paper should be the same so I need to make changes. I think I am finally satisfied with my final one after this changes. Then we were also told to rehearse one by one our song to prepare better for our exam. I think since i never try it before on piano, I am not very fluent yet which means I need more practice if I want to get a good mark on my exam. So for next time I will be practicing my song at home.

-Today in our theory class, we learned and get some "tips" on how to create a better song next time from Mr Herry. I think this is very helpful for me. We were also given our score on the book report from last term and I got full mark. I was very happy but I think I could do better on the way i present it next time. Mr Herry also showed us and checked as well on our finale. He said that I just need to improve on the lyrics so it would sound better for my final one. So for next session I am going to improve my song lyircs so i can get a better mark.

This is me practicing the piano again. I was practicing on the 32 bars that I have developed. I think this time I am more fluent and make less mistake I only have the trouble with the part on the dm7 chords. I have always made my mistakes there. Other than that, I think I am quite fluent already but I still need to be better for my exam. So, I will be practicing this again for next time. Maybe for next time I will try to change the left hand variation.

This is the practice video of me at home. At that time, i was practicing the 32 bars composition that I have developed from the 16 bars composition. However, I changed the 16 bars composition so I also changed the 32 bars that I was playing at this time. I was happy with my song but when I played it at the piano, I don't think is quite fluent yet so, I really think that for next time, I need to practice more especially on the left hand parts.

-Today we put our final song composition consisting of 32 bars into the final copy that will be submitted to Mr Herry. We also started to put the lyrics of the song. It was actually quite hard for me to put the lyrics because you need to find the perfect word that will fit in with your melody. However, I was able to come up with the lyrics and my song will be about me dear mother. Then, Mr Herry also show us our previous 16 bar composition. However, I changed my entire melody so for next time I need to submit the new 16 bars melody including the 32 bars composition.

This is the video of me practicing on my song composition. This time I have tried to put variation on the left hand and I think it sounds much better than before. The only problem is, I think I made mistakes while playing my song. I hope i can do better on my next practice. I also need to develop my song into 32 bars for the next practice.

-Today we had a quiz on the major and its relative minor scales. I thought I did it just rather well but it turns out that I got no mistake. I got a full mark. I was actually quite suprise because I thought that I made few mistakes on the F sharp and D minor melodic. I was very happy and satisfied with my result and I hope I can keep it up. Then we also listen to Anthony's singing assessment becasue he hasn't done his singing assessment yet. Then Mr Herrry also discuss about our homework on developing our melody from 16 bars to 32 bars.
-On the instrument class, we play our melody and Mr Herry told us to develop it into 32 bars. So, for next time we need to have or 32 bars done.

-Today we were given our score for the theory assessment on the major 7th and dominant 7th. I was very happy that I get full mark. I was very proud that I made no silly mistake at all. I just hope that I can keep that up. Then Mr herry also decided to review again about the minor and major scales since next meeting we will have a quiz about that. Then Mr Herry also check our homework on the melody creation and he started to play all of our composition and let our friends see what we have composed. So, for next meeting what i need to do is study for the short quiz on the major and its relative minor scales.

This is the video of me practicing on the minor scales again. I was practicing A, E, B and F sharp minor again. All from the natural, harmonic to the melodic minor scales. I think this time I was more fluent than the last practice. I did better on the B minor and made no mistake however maybe still a little bit stuck on F sharp minor scales because the finger number were very confusing for me. So, for next time I need to practice harder to get that right and fluent.

This is my practice video at home. I was given a new assignment at home to practice on the minor scales of A, E, B, F sharp. I needed to practice all of them from the natural, harmonic until the melody. I think for the A and E minor scales I got no problem but I am having a little trouble with B minor especially on F sharp minor. It is very hard for me so I really think that I need more practice for next time.

-Today on the theory class, Mr Herry review again on the different kinds of minor scales which are natural, harmonic and the melodic minor scales and also from how we can arrive with that. Mr Herry ask one of us randomly on what is the related minor scales of this certain major scales. I think I have understand this better already. Then Mr Herry also check on our homework which is the melody composition. Then Mr Herry also told us on how do we use it in the finale which will be for our homework next time.

-Today in the theory class, Mr herry taught us about minor natural, then minor harmonic and melodic scales. Firstly Mr Herry taught us on how the we get the relative minor scales from the major scales. It is basically quite simple and we first arrive with the minor natural. Then the 7th note if it went up by half it will become minor harmonic. For melodic when it goes up at first the 6th and 7th note is raised by one but when it came down it become natural again. I think by this I know so much better now.
-While in the instrument class, we practice this thing on the piano. I think I am not really fluent yet with this so I really think that I need to practice more on this on the piano at home. So for next time I need to work on this one.

This is the practice video of me. I was again practicing at home. I was still practicing the broken chords variations. However, this time I have added up and practice it from C-B major. B major is the new one for me to learn. I think I still have a little problem with B major only since it is also new for me to learn. So for next practice, I think I need to practice more on the B major.

This is my practice video. In this practice, Mr herry told us to practice a new thing which is the left hand chords and its variation. There are 4 variations of this broken chords. I practice this from C-A major first. Since A major was actually a new thing for me to learn. AT school i have already learned C-G major only. Now, at home i learned A major. I think I am quite well with this and I am good. However, for next time my target is still to learn B major.

-Today we discussed about our homework from last class. We also got to see Daniel rehearsing and playing the saxophone and Gregorius with his guitar for their upcoming competition. Mr herry asked us and also show us on how to compose our melody based from the chords. I think it was actually quite simple but you need to put your effort to come up with a good song. Then on the instrument class we practiced on the broken chords left hand melody that we can play for our composition. I played only from C-G and I was satisfied but for next class I need to practice A and B major.

-Today we watched our friends who has not perform for their singing assessment. However before that while waiting for the microphones, I was asked to perform as well as rehearse my competition this coming Saturday. I was very shocked because I was not prepare yet and I become very nervous in front of my friends. After that the other group perform their singing assessment. Then we also discussed about our homework about the chords. I think I did quite fine with that and I was happy with it. While for next class, our job was to put the melody based from the chords we have composed.

This is my practice video of me practicing piano. So, even though I have singing assessment and practice more on singing i also still practice this so that I will not forget. I think in this i already become more fluent than before and I am very happy. I just hope for next time I still can keep up this work.

-Today is our singing group assessment. My group had been practicing really hard. However, at first we learned on how to compose a song based from chords given and we also review on the major 7th and dominant 7th and we study about new thing which is minor 7th. We did this while waiting for the microphone to be deliver. After that we start our singing assessment. I think my group did a good job and for me it is quite satisfying. We put on our costumes, and we sang with confident even though at certain part there was a note that was out of pitch. However if we have an assessment again I think I should practice harder than this and more often.

-Today we had a rehearsal again for our singing group assessment on Friday. At this time we also decided and discussed our costumes for our assessment. We decided that our costumes will be about our dream job. However, i dont think that our rehearsal at this time went on that good. For me, it is still not very satisfying yet. My group really need more practice especially since next meeting will be our assessment so I think we really need to practice on some other time and also practice by ourselves at home harder. For, next meeting to prepare for our assessment we need to practice even harder than before.

This is my fourth practice video from term 2. I was practicing the major 7th chords and its inversions from C-B major. This time, I think i am already more fluent than the last practice video especially on the A and B major chords. However, I just need more practice for next time so it can be more fluent as well.

This is my third practice video on term 2. My assignment was still on the major 7th chords but this time is until B major. I think since this was my first time to play A and B major 7th chords and its inversions, i was not quite fluent yet and I am still searching for the correct chords and therefore I made several mistakes. So for next time I still need to work on and more focus on the A and B major 7th chords.

-Today, we had a rehearsal for our next assessment which is group singin assessment. For me, it does not work really that well and Mr Herry also said that if today were the assessment all of us will fail. I was very disappointed with myself as well. The assessment was actually on our next meeting but in this case, Mr Herry decided to delay the assessment. We were also divided with the four teachers. My group's supervisor is Mr.Sadrakh. Afterwards, we also spend the remaining time to practice again with our respectives supervisor. For next time, my group really need to practice even harder to get a good score.

-Today we have our theory assessment which was due for 40 minutes. Our assessment was about major 7th chords, dominant 7th and the major 7th inversions. Then , at the end of our assessment we were also told to write a reflection. I think I did pretty well on it. However, I just had a trouble on the B flat major one but luckily Mr Herry help us because I kind of forgot about that. So, for next time I still need to study harder and deeper about this. I just hope that I get a good assessment grade.
-Then, on our instrument class, we practice again on the major 7th broken chords from C-G major and I think I am quite fluent already and I was very satisfied with my playing. Howeverm for next time I need to practice from A and B major 7th broken chords.

This is my second practice video from term 2. This is me practicing the 7th major chords and its inversions from C-G major. I think this time, in this video practice i have done much better than the previous video. I think i only made several mistakes only of 2-3 mistakes. I am quite satisfy but still for next time i want to try to make no mistakes so that means i need to practice harder than this.

-Today in the theory class, we were told to gather with our singing group because we were told to dicuss, decide and come up with minimum of 2 alternative songs. Mr Herry helped us by showing some music video and we came up with 3 songs. Then we also have a little exercise on the major 7th with its inversion and dominant 7th. I got no mistakes on it and i was very happy with my result. However, for next session we are going to have a quiz so i still need to study it. While on the instrument class we played the major 7th and its inversion. however, we dont have much time so i only play on the C major and i think i am not that fluent yet so i still need to practice harder especially on the fingering part. So, for next time,i need to practice from C-G major.

-Today was the first meeting in term 2. Today we spend most of our time in theory class. First of all, Mr Herry told us our score for the developmental workbook. Then we also told to see our term 2 booklet and we discussed the assessments that we are going to have in this term. Then we were divided into group for our first assessment which is group singing. We are going to sing western song. My group consists of imez, adrian and daniel. Then Mr Herry review again about major 7th and dominant 7th and we learned also about the inversion of the major 7th. All of this is important because they will come out in our theory assessment. I think so far i got no problem with this. However, maybe i still need to practice more so that it will guarantee me to get a good mark. Then on the instrument class, we need to play major 7th and its inversion however we dont have much time to play so for next time i am just going to practice this at home.

-Today is our last meeting in this term 1. Today is the day where we reflect and give out comments. First of all, Mr Herry showed us the video recording of us individually on the practical assessment so we can see how do we do on the assessment. Then we filled in the music developmental workbook. We reflect on the overall assessments, tasks, and homeworks with the strenghts and our weaknesses as well on how to improve them. Overall, i think i did pretty well on reflecting myself. Then we also give out feedback to Mr Herry on what are his weaknesses and strenghts. However, I just still need to improve better on my performances in music class so for next term, I need to improve myself on my overall performance.

This is my practice video no 8 as well as the last video practice before the practical assessment. This is me practicing a day before the practical assessment on Friday. This time i am more focus and determined to get the maximum score i can get. I was happy that i was able to memorize and made few mistakes only but still my aim is to make no mistake on the assessment. So, i just hope for next time, i mean in the assessment i can memorize all and make no mistakes

-Today we dont have any theory class nor instrument class because today we have our practical assessment. Before the assessment starts, we were allowed to have a preparation first and practice in our respective instrument classes. Then after that we start the assessment with the piano group and i got the third turn from my group. I tried to be as relax as i can be and i tried so hard to overcome my nervousness. I was very happy because i was able to memorize the entire song. At the beginning of my playing, i was very relax and it turns out good but at the end i suddenly become nervous and made mistake. I was very upset because of this because my aim is to make no mistakes at all. So, for next time, I need to practice harder than before.

-Today in the music theory class, we review again about the major 7th chords and dominant 7th. We review this because we are going to have an assessment on these topic. I am not really good in this and so i still have difficulties and i need to seek help from my friend who understand and also the teacher. Then after that we also listen to our friends' performance for their preparation for the practical assessment next session. So, for next time i need to study harder for the theory ones.
-While in the instrument class, we all play our classical song since it is our last chance to practice because next session is already the practical assessment. This time Mr herry said that i play it better but i just need to be more confident so for next session i need to practice harder for my assessment.

This is the practice video of me number 6. I was practicing the rondo again since my pracitcal assessment is getting closer. So, that is why i decided not to practice any other things but only the song. At this time, i play it more relax as well as memorize. I was very happy that i am actually able to do this. However i still made several mistakes and so i need to minimize the mistakes so i can get a maximum score. So, for next time i need to practice harder so that i can get a maximum score.

This is my practice video no.5. This is me practicing on the Rondo classical tune. I was practicing this song and i was not playing the scales because i think the song piece is more important since my practical assessment is going to be held soon. So, I decided to just practice this. In this video, i am more relax because i was not trying to memorize the song. I made few silly mistakes only. So, for next time I still need to minimize the mistakes as well as memorizing and relax so i can get a maximum score for my practical assessment.

-Today in the music theory class, we rehearsed individually for our classical tune performance for our practical assessment. From the piano, Mr herry enforced all of us to play in front but for the other instrument class only 1 person were chosen because not all of them are fluent already. So, when it was my turn to play I was quite nervous because now all of my friends are watching me so i did not have the courage to play it with memorizing it and so i played it a little bit rush. So, for next time i need to play more relax.
-While, in the instrument class, we have a warming up first on the major and contrary scales. Then we don't have much time so not all of us can reheasse our song again. Unfortunately i am one of them who can not, so mr.herry just told me the feedback from the reharsal in the theory class and he said i need to improve on the tempo. So for next time i just need to improve on my tempo and make it stable.

-Today in the music theory class, we discussed about the progress of our reflection blog. Then Mr herry open all of our blog and see th videos that we have posted. When my video was played i was so embarassed because i made a lot of mistakes in that video. After that, Mr herry gave us an assignment to make a report based on our powerpoint presentation slide but now it is an individual report which my topic is Jazz Music Genre. After that Mr herry gave us a worksheet on 7th chord. I think I didn't do really well and I still need some guidance. I have never been that good in theory. So, for next time i just need to study harder than before on the theory.
-While on the instrument class, I played my classical tune on the Rondo by Beethoven. I forgot to bring the sheet so I need to memorize it so i take that as a challenge for myself to start memorizing it and I did it quite well. I was so happy that i was able to memorize it completely from the beginning until the end. However, i am still nervous so for next time i need to work on that.

This is my practice video No 4. I was practicing at my home. I was still practicing the Rondo made by Ludwig Van Beethoven. This time I think I am not that fluent because in a bit of rush. So that is why i made several significant mistakes. I was at this time quite nervous because i was trying to memorize the song. I just hope that next time I can play it more relax even though i was just trying to memorize it so i will not make any silly mistakes again.

This is my practice video no 3. I am practicing piano at my house. I was playing the musical piece called the Rondo by Beethoven. I think I am quite fluent when i was playing it because i was plaing it in a moderate tempo. I was very confident with this. However the only thing i was not able to memorize it so for next practice i need to try to memorize it.

-Today in theory class, we had the powerpoint presentation about the different kinds of music Genre. My group was Michelle, Rifky and Coki but Coki was absent so it was only the three of us who present about our music genre, Jazz Genre. We had tried our best to present it and we got 6,5 which i think we deserve it. This maybe because we lack connection to the audiences and we may not prepare quite well. So,for next time we should try to be more confident and also prepare better with the palm cards so that we can have better connection with the audience.
-While in the instrument class, we dont have much time so i only played some portion of the classical piec so everyone can get their turn. I think i made few mistakes and so i need to work on that. I also need to start trying to memorize it for the recital.

This is the video of me practicing on sunday. I am at my house and i try to practice the contrary motion of C-B major scales again since the last time i practiced it was still not really that good. So, i decided to practice it again and this time i think i am more fluent and also i have cut my nails so that it is not disturbing me anymore while i am practicing. I am more satisfied at this time. Then, after that i also practice the modus and this time, i practiced it with 2 octaves and i think even though i made few mistakes at the beginning, I am much better than the last practice in my previous video. So, for next time I need to practice harder to make it more fluent.

This is the video of me practicing piano at my house. At first i started playing the contrary motion of C-B major scales with two octaves because i still think that i need more practice and therefore i tried to practice again but it is still no fluent yet so i still think that i need to practice it again next time. Then,next i practiced the new assignment which is the modus and i only played 1 octave because it is still very new to me. I also think that i need to cut my nails because that disturbed me when i was playing the piano.

-Today in the theory class, we learned about the major scales of C, G, D, E and A major. Then we also learned about the major chords. I think I am still able to remember this theory which i have learned in last year music class. Then we also learned on how to differentiate between the major and minor chords. We were told to write in our music books the major scales and how to put the key signature. We also wrote the major chords however, we dont have enough time so Mr.Herry told us to continue it at home. I also helped some of my friends with this theory and it feels good to be able to help them. So, for next time i need to finish the major chords.
-While in the instrument class, I played the contrary motion first of C-B major because i didnt get to play it last time. I think I am not fluent with it yet so i need more practice on this. Mr. Herry also told us to learned the new one called the modus with only two octave first he said. So, for next time i need to learned the contrary better, the modus and i also need to startplaying and bring the classical piece which i will play in the music recital.

-Today in the theory class, we sat according to our group based for the powerpoint slide. We gathered and then we discussed on what are we going to do and present to our class. Then we list down the subtopic for our main topic which is Jazz and then we got to present it to our class. To make it interesting, we also asked questions to the audience on whether they were listening to us or not. My group at that time, where Rifky and coky were absent asked question to 2 students. This things goes the same to the other groups. I were asked a question by the pop music group and luckily i was able to answer the question correctly. For next time, i need to start working on my powerpoint presentation with my group.
-Today, I could not join the instrument class because i need to go to the 8th floor for the GPA recognition rehearsal so me and jennie went to the 8th floor straight away after I finished the theory class. So, I asked my friend, Imez on what did i missed, and she said that they were just practicing the contrary motion of C-B major so then i also practice it at home.

-Today, we were divided into 5 groups in which 3 groups will have only 3 members and 2 groups will have 4 members. My group consist of 4 members which are Michelle, Coki and Rifky. Then we have a draw in order to decide which music genre will be our topic. I won on the second trial and then my group chose jazz for our group topic. We were given 2 weeks to do make and prepare our powerpoint presentation. After that we continue on the singing assessments. So, for next session i need to prepare a draft for my group powerpoint slide presentation.
-Today in the instrument class, we don't have much time and therefore i dont get the chance to practice and so i just listen to my friends who got the chance to play. However, for next session i still need to practice on the contrary motion of C-B major.

-Today, we have the first singing assessment. I sang "Heal the World" song for my choice. I got the turn to sing it today, while some of my friends will sing on Friday because we don't have enough time and therefore we also don't have any instrument classes. I was very nervous when singing this song in front of my friends and so i became very stiff and couldn't be expressive. However, I am proud that i was able to memorize all the song lyrics because then i can have a maximum score even though it turns out that i get 8 out of 10. For me, that is still very satisfying. So, for the next singing assessment i want to try to be more confident so that i wouldn't be very stiff and more expressive.

-Today in theory class, Mr.Herry taught us about the reflection blog and how to put the video of your practice time into the blog. Mr.Herry also discussed about the music criteria too and i get to asked about it. Mr.Herry tried to test me whether i remember the criterias or not. Luckily, i was able to remember all of them. Then, we were asked on what will we sing for our singing assessment and we were asked to rehearse one by one. I was very nervous however, i was able to overcome it and i felt more confident this time. But for next meeting i will practice more with my confident so it can be better and i need to memorize the lyrics. This time we didn't have much time for the instrument class.

-Today on the theory ass, we listened to some suggested western songs that we can sing for our singing assessment. We also have a little test on scale and notation and i really think that i did well in this test because i have been learning it since i was very little. Then, we sand "you are always on my mind" by michael buble per groups according to our instrument class. For next time, i will try to remember the words.
-Today on the instrument class, we played some exercises on C-B major scales. However, i feel that i am not fluent yet and so for next class i need more practice. I will also need to practice on the contrary ones.

-Today we discuss about the music booklet and today is where we have our audition. However, I can not be there full time because i was called out for an interview. So, i asked my friend after that and they said that i am in the piano group now and for the next class i need to practice C-B major scales.

Today Mr.Herry introduced to us as well as the new students to some of the rules and what is to be expected in this semester from the teacher. This two session is pretty much just an introduction to the music class and we haven't have the instrument class yet because we were not divided yet. But then, we were told to choose our favorite instrument. Of course i choose piano however this time piano and guitar group is overload and so we have to have an audition. At first Mr herry asked us some question and then we went on to the hearing part and i am pretty confident in my hearing part. However it is not finish yet and were told to prepare a song for next session for us to perform and that time will also be the elimination part.

-Today was our practical music exam. we played our composition and also our scales for our exam. I felt very nervous but i was glad that we came in one by one and we could still practise first before it's our turn outside. I tried my best and try to memorize my song. After i did the exam i knew that i made several mistakes on the scales. We then filled up the reflection sheet. Before we went home i know my scores already and i got 10. I was very happy and relieved. So, then it was th very last meeting of us and outmusc teachers for this academic year.

-Today was the last meeting of music in this academic year. Before the upcoming exam, our teacher told us to practise again in front of our friends to prepare better for ou exam. I was quite confident already because i have been practising my composition and also the scales. I think idid quite good in this trial. So, then after all the student have played, we gathered and took our last picture together for this end of the semester.
