-Today on music theory class we did some refreshing after the theory assessments. We learned about the Kodly signs all from C to C1. It was pretty hard to learn and this is the first time for me to study them. After we learned the basic skills we try to apply to a song which were perform by instruments groups. The song is called "Lightly Row". My friend who observed me while performing said that i made a few mistakes especially on the note e and f.
-Then while on the instrument class, because on wednesday i have a music recital, mr herry helped me to prepare for it. i played Johann sebastian bach invention 8 and i think i still need to work on the ending. Then after that, the others just played their own composition for the music exam practical.

-Today we had another music theory assessment. The questions are basically the same except that Mr herry add some more questions on major 7th chord and its inversions. So, this time I'm pretty confident on my scores for this assessment. I think even though the questions were pretty simple but I know that i have studied really hard and i have tried my best. After this we had a lottle hearing asssessment from c to c1. It was quite simple actually because i have already learned hearing on my piano lesson.
-While on the instrument class, we played the minor harmonic scales because on the exam practical later on we need to play one of the minor harmonic scale. Today, all of us played the B minor harmonic scales. Im already confident on this scale but if Mr herry told me to play other scales such as f minor, I still have problem on it. So, maybe I need to learn again so, I would be able to play any kind of minor scales on my practical exam.

-Today, we had an assessment on music theory. We thought that the test will only cover the basic theory but instead it also include about the music history which is about the composers, and also some of their compositions. It was really hard because i never thought it coming. However, my teacher help us and guide us a little on the assessment and even give us a little hint on the questions. It was really helpful for me especially abput the dominant 7th which i have no idea. Then, I finished the test second and i ask my teacher to check it immediately and he said that i only made two mistakes which i am so happy and satisfied for. I was really relieved, but I still need to study again for my test on the next meeting which is on thursday.
-While on the instrument class, we practised again for the minor harmonic scale which is on b minor. This time I felt that i have improved than my playing on the last session.

-Today, we learned about the theory on major chords. So, we reviewed our homeworks on major 7th chord and I could see the result that i am quite good at it however, I just missed a little and made a little silly mistake that make my score a little bit lower. Then we learned about the basic concepts on major, minor scales and also clefs. I think i have already understand most of it because i have already learned it since i was little however, I just need a little review on it just to refresh my memory about basic theory.
-Then during the instrument class, we had a little hearing quiz that consist of 4 bars. At first, i got 8 bars completely correct but then on the last one i got 2 bars wrong. Then we played minor scales. i played the b minor scales however, i had hard time playing the contrary scales.

-Today, it's the flute and guitar;s trun to perform their practical assessment. For the first 10 minutes, they got the chance to practise on their respective instrument classess. So, then while they were practising, the piano and violin group got the chance to see our video clip of our practical assessment from the previous class. I realize that i made a few mistakes on the left hand after i watched my video clip. I think it is because i was too nervous and i was shaking during my assessment this maybe because i was too nervous because my group got the first turn to go and i was the first one from my group to perform and the assessment weren't even informed by the teacher. It was really a shock. Then after that we just watched our friends while they were performing.

-Today we spend the whole two sessions on our practical assessment. The practical assessment was only for the piano and violin group. Then Mr herry told the piano group go first and by alphabet, I go first from the piano group. Of course I am very nervous because we weren't informed yet that our assessment will be today but after some discussions the teacher will give us bonus points for those who do their assessments today. I was really nervous but I think i was able to overcome it even though,I know that I made a little bit mistakes on the left hand but overall, I was very satisfied by my performance.

-Today, we spend most of our theory class for checking our projects which are the midi files and the finale own composition. After that, we submitted our homeworks on the 7th major chord. Then the teacher checked them together with us so, we could know what did wrong. After that we have a little fun by guessing few songs.
-While in the instrumen class, we played a little rehearsal. Like usual, we played our own songs in front and we also learned to bow. Then after we played our songs, the teacher and also our friends gave a little feedbacks. My friends said that they liked my melody however they said that my accompaniment need to be more variety. So, then I think i need to change a little bit.

-Today in the theory class our teacher check on our projects on midi files and also the finale own compositions. Then, we learned about the major 7th chord. Actually it was really new for me, but i was able to understand it quickly. We also had our rehearsals for the practicals assessment. Viena and me was chosen to represent our group. I was very nervous because i'm scared that my composition would sound weird and that i would make many mistakes but in fact I could play it through without any mistakes. So, i was really glad.
-While in the instrument class because I have played my composition in the theory class, I don't need to play it anymore. So, I just did and finish up my homework on the major 7th chord.

-Today, in he theory class, Mr Herry taught us on how to use the finale because many people weren't able to use their finale and so they couldn't submit their assignment. Mr herry taught us on how to organize the the bars (measures) and also on how to put the lyrics to the melody. He then gave us assignment and projects and midi files and also the finale own melody composition for next session. I was able to undestand all of my tasks and I submitted my own melody composition in finale earlier. However, i had troubles in downloading the classical midi files but after I learned from Mr herry, I was able to do it quickly at home.
-While at the instrument class, as usual we played our own composition. Mr herry also helped us to prepare with ou melody for the practical assessment later on that is due in two weeks. He helped by giving us feedbacks on what we did wrong or what to improve so we could revise our mistakes at home.
